Had to exchange a pair of school shoes through no fault of the store, it was due to a manufacturing defect. The staff were extremely understanding and supportive and I was offered an exchange. Lovely to experience such a high level of customer service
Can I ask is there any chance they can change the buzzer call noise to maybe a bell ring . As the buzzer is upsetting to children with Autism. Special needs the buzzer is very loud . Must appreciated. If this could be looked at . As my grandson was quite upset at this buzzer going of every couple minutes .
