Excellent service in this store.... Vets are very thorough and give after care advice explained easily.... Also amazing groomers very hapi with result and very dog and human friendly staff... Huge variety of treats, food and pet supplies etc.... Would highly recommend going there is also pet care plans at good value prices .
Shocking service. The staff were more interested in getting me out the door than helping. Ok i know they were closing but this would have took less than a minute. Never be back in there again
Staff are always cheerful and happy to help. They always know what they're talking about and how to help. The shop is tidy and well presented with a wide range of items and animals. The animals themselves seem happy and well cared for. I have never used the vet or grooming services but I hear great things from friends and family about those.
