Took my mum and dad who are in their 80's they loved it so many unusual animals
Nice staff but the care for the reptiles is pretty horrible to see. Literally 90% of them didn't have water!!!!! And quite a few had poo , shed skin left behind and urates from pee. Amazing as some only poo and pee every 4 weeks or so, certainly not a coinsidence. Theres a clown royal pythons that looks so skinny and dehydrated I'd be surprised if it lasted the month. very sad
Such great exotic animals! Had a wonderful day with family and got my very first Tortoise (something I wanted for YEARS) including the table and all essentials at a reduced cost as of the Black Friday deals. Staff member was very friendly and helpful, although juggling many customers and tasks at once as he was the only employee on the shop floor! Can't wait until my next visit. :)
