Got safety chain added to silver broach. Small order worth only 20. When I collected it 2weeks later the chain had been clipped on to the flimsiest part of the broach using a small clip of the type I would describe as a belt clip. The same item is available on the internet for 4. A cheap job at a high cost. Would not recommend this jeweller to do anything. I will not be back
