They said i could cancel my gym membership any time i want without any fees, couldn't cancel it through the phone as they did not answer it (was ringing them few times for about 30 min each time) so cancel it throug my bank app after a month got a letter with a fine 140 pounds for cancelling my membership
Good selection of equipment and friendly helpful staff. Plus going 24/7 from the end of January 2019
Dropped down to this place while home for Christmas expecting to be able to purchase a day pass and train. Turned up realised I needed a passcode to get in, rang the bell for a member of staff to help, stood for 15 minutes waiting for someone, ended up giving up! Shambles!! Terrible service, terrible first impression for potential customers! Wont bother next time!!
Great gym friendly staff and great facilities
Excellent gym. I have been a member for 15 years. Only negative point is that the changing areas showers steam room sauna etc are in bad need of renovation an updating. Would like to see a Jacuzzi
