My Drs are very good.....ive known Dr McFarland since I was a child....he's a very good Doctor. The only downside is that I hate going to the new building as I have anxiety problems when I'm in such a large area.
Waited half hour to see diabetic nurse an she did not know why I was to see her doctor was not interested just wanted to get rid
Come into the building and walk up a pile of stairs walk another half mile to get to your doctors practice. Biggest laugh is when uhave to go to treatment room ( by appointment only) walk half a mile to ur doctors reception ring the secretary to come out and click on computer then walk half a mile back to treatment room! My advice is make sure ur not feeling too ill before visiting as u most certainly will by the time ur leaving !!!!
Massive waste of space on ground floor. I wouldn't like to be someone with difficulty or ailment that impaired my walking distance.
Been on phone since 9 oclock this morning its now11.30 no answer very poor service this has happened a few times really need to sort this out this was for dr mcfarland and dundee practice i know they are busy but surely some one could answer the phone at some point during the day
