My appointment was for 11.15 am. I was there at 11.10 to be sure I was in time. A client who came in around 10 minutes after me was taken into the surgery ahead of me. After waiting 35 minutes and not being given any reason or apologies for the long delay I had to leave. I do not believe an extended delay is reasonable for a nervous patient. Bobby Gilbert.
Laura jones is a fantastic dentist, when I first attended I was very nervous , anxious and quite scared due to previous experience with a dentist , Laura made me feel so at ease, she really did make me feel confident about going to the dentist again!
