Mollie in menswear upstairs was an exceptionally pleasant and helpful young lady when my dad returned some trousers which were the wrong size even though he did not have a receipt.
Quite a large store with clothing and food and to me it will always be 5* for their food options alone! Lots of nice treats especially in the desserts section.
