Purchased car last year with a promise by the sales person for 2 yr free service who missed to put this in the document. The person has left the company now, ended up paying for the service. I should have double checked the document before siging but was not expecting such a miss from reputed dealer.. Lesson learnt double check promises/offers made verbally and make sure everything is on paper before signing. Current staff are very nice but couldn't help without a proof.
