This Creative Gardens garden centre, located in the Galgorm area of Ballymena is brilliant. You will find everything you need for the keen gardener. From garden twine to shrubs, trowels,fork and spades to patio furniture and planters. Sundials, statues and pond liners too. For indoors there are potted plants plus a wide range of cushions, throws, vases, candles and ornaments. The cafe serves excellent food from a cuppa and bun to a full lunch, and every bite is delicious. You will never regret a visit here.
Overpriced I mean 45pence for a dollup of cream to go with your lemon meringue pie which is almost 5 ..... nobody in garden centre to help with flowers .... most staff stuck in cafe shop twiddling there thumbs .... NOT IMPRESSED and won't be rushing back
These gardens were only a 3/10 on the creative scale. Not even a garden, was in fact a botanist shop. Very uncool.
Very nice garden center but I did find some things to be quite expensive though knowing I could get same plants from another place cheaper but a friendly atmosphere here and cafe was very nice
Food was lovely. I was in a group of 25 people and all agreed wth me. They do a great variety of scones. There apple pie is worth trying also. Although a little expensive it's a wonderful treat. The garden centre has some wonderful ideas. When my grandchildren are older i would like to do the fairy walk with them.
