Excellent meal served by attentive staff. Had our own room for a family anniversary. Reasonably priced. Will probably be back again.
I reckon my first visit to the Adair Arms Hotel in Ballymena was in the early1980s. Today whilst the frontage is similar to back then, the reception & staff have become as professional as the staff of all of the hotels, throughout the whole of the Ireland & Scotland. I have stayed in some of the biggest Hotels in the 26 Counties of Ireland during my 40 plus years in Sales & Marketing but always felt very much at home in the Adair Arms.The welcoming that l always received & enjoyed made up somewhat for the time that l lost with my children. D
At a country concert last night in the Adair Arms it turned out to be a really good night. The hotel had the heat on and it got really warm not their fault. Hotel was clean and bright and the staff in the interval were most helpful in the break getting me coffee and were so appreciative when l returned the cup back to them. The hotel is easily accessible by wheelchairs and buggies and had a friendly atmosphere about it making you relax. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
My husband and I called in for our lunch on Thursday at 1pm. I had the Sweet Chilly Chicken, my husband the Bream. The portions were generous, beautifully cooked and served by pleasant attentive staff. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it!
Stayed one night, work related. The beds were comfortable room clean. Decided to get dinner in front bar, it was excellent and plentiful and good wholesome food and well priced.I travel a lot due to my work north and south and notice that the food and breakfast is much better in the north than the south.Would definitely come back with my family for a stay in the near future.Looked up the price of hotel and it is well priced also. The staff also were nice and helpful can't forget about the staff. S Mulligan.
